John 19:30 “When Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, ‘It is finished!’ And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.”
That is the hope we have and want to share with a desperate world. Jesus has finished the work!
But what exactly is finished? On the cross, Jesus exchanged three things:
– Our sins for His righteousness, Romans 3:21-24 “But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.”
– Our poverty for His prosperity, 2 Corinthians 8:9 “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.”
– Our sickness for His healing, 1 Peter 2:24 “He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by His wounds you have been healed.”
Faith begins with hope. The local church is potentially the most powerful force on earth. The Church was given by God to be a place of redemption, freedom, healing, and restoration… a place where people love each other despite their flaws and can truly find happiness. Our God is a God of hope… with Him, nothing is impossible!
God is greater, better, and closer than we can imagine.
The Bible is God’s perfect guide for life.
Jesus is God revealing Himself to us.
Through the Holy Spirit, God lives in us and works through us.
Nothing in the universe exists by accident—God created it all.
We humans do many things against God’s will. This is called “sin,” and because of it, we cannot come close to God.
But because God desires a relationship with us, Jesus took our punishment by voluntarily dying for us. That makes it possible for us to come close to God again.
God promises us eternal life if we believe in Jesus. The choice is ours.
Heaven and hell are real places. Our choice determines our destination.
The church’s mission is to serve people just as Jesus did.
Hieronder mag een agenda komen, zoals er één op de huidige website staat – agenda.

The Fatherheart School is intended for anyone who wants to deepen his relationship with his heavenly Daddy. Also caretakers that want to be educated in this domain, are warmly welcome.
This school is not just a common school or training. It is a life’s investment for yourself and for those around you. Wounded people wound other people, healed people heal other people. If we ourselves are not deeply healed from our wounds of the past, we cannot help others.
Previous Fatherheart Schools in Belgium led to a breakthrough with a lot of participants. From the very first evening the presence of our heavenly Father was tangible!
We think back happily and gratefully to these times of anointed teaching, powerful ministry and heavenly soaking. The testimonies that followed were heartwarming!
Each person can only function to its full potential in God’s vision for his/her life when he/she is fully restored and truly free. A new and deeper revelation of who Jesus, the Father and the Holy Spirit are, cannot help but change your life for the better.
As we become more like Jesus, those around us will change with us!
Our vision is clearly reflected in John 10:10: “The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
We believe that too much attention has already been given to the first part of this verse, so we focus on the second part: life and abundance in all its aspects. Our goal is to make Belgium one of the healthiest countries in the world by bringing people into a living relationship with God, who sent His Son into this world to die on the cross as a substitute for our sins, sickness, and poverty.
When we, together with Ann and Nadine, the doctors, were leading the church, we felt that God was telling us to start a school of healing. This thought stayed with us, and after much time, prayer, and study, we decided to take this step. I had already left my civil servant job some time before, but to realize this project, Ann and Nadine had to close their general practices, and Inger had to give up her job as a nurse. They did so in October and November 2004, respectively. In February 2005, the Healing School officially started.
For us, the school is not just a place where people can come to receive healing. You learn there how to live in health based on biblical principles. The next step is, naturally, to share that health with others. The school is therefore not only for those who are ill, but for anyone interested in divine healing—Christians as well as non-Christians. We also focus on caregivers from any discipline who can apply what they’ve learned in their work.
When we talk about healing, we certainly don’t mean only physical recovery. When Jesus speaks in John 10:10 about life and abundance, this refers to health in spirit, soul, and body. Mental ailments, including depression and even suicide, are common in our society. We also have many testimonies in this area.
The Healing School is not just another project within Belgian social services. We notice that our country often appears in the international press with mostly “bad news stories.” As Christians, we can be against many aspects of policy, but experience shows that being “against” rarely makes anyone interested in faith. Therefore, we very consciously choose not to simply be against things. We want to offer an alternative—after all, that’s what Jesus did too.
“For me, divine healing was an unknown area. Applying what I learned in the school freed me from recurring back pain, which used to cause me a lot of pain and cost (manual therapy).” – J.L.
“…very encouraging… as far as I’m concerned, the Healing School should continue; it was very educational, useful, and important for my growth in faith…” – A.S.
“Simplicity itself…authentically aligned with the Gospel…Acts in action…I’ve learned to see things differently again…refreshing and pure… and typically Flemish, with fries and jokes, in word and deed…” – W.D.V.
“When I signed up for a case discussion during Follow-up Series 1 and another student prayed for me, I have been free from nail-biting ever since. This problem had bothered me for years, and until then nothing had offered a lasting solution.” – J.L.
As read in De Kruisbanier of September 2005:
“Fact is, after telephone inquiries, that many who had contact with this Healing School had positive to very positive experiences. They praise the simple yet professional approach. They have learned to stand on God’s promises—and they work!”
At this moment we have no conferences planned.
The team members of Gods are regularly invited for external speaking engagements.
Would you like to have one or more team members as guest speaker(s)? Do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
NBG: I have come that they may have life, and have it in abundance! (John 10:10 – NBG)
And yet, in a time when there is a growing call for deeper values, we seem to go to great lengths to devalue our Christian heritage, sometimes even feeling the need to apologize for our faith.
